Yardley Wood House

The existing 3 Bedroom , lacks facility. It has only one bathroom and one WC. Also, one of the family member needs continuous care, therefore the client approached us for a solution.

We advised the client to convert the garage into a bedroom with ensuite bathroom and managed to add another bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom, thus adding living spaces and enhancing facilities in the same building
